How G&S Tours busses Cowboys fans from San Antonio to Dallas

Field Tripping

When I first met George Gomez of G&S Tours in Dallas, he was tailgating on gamedays with the Borrachos at Cici’s Pizza. Since then, he has taken his talents on the road with G&S Tours, shuttling Cowboys fans up and down Interstate 35 for the love of our Dallas Cowboys.

I took a trip to San Antonio last November. For two reasons. First, I knew I could catch a ride to Dallas for a Cowboys game. Secondly, there are four Dallas Cowboys Pro Shops in the city. This trip would consist of exclsuive Pro Shop content to share with my Facebook supporters.

I have visited over half of the 30 Dallas Cowboys Pro Shops in America. When I visit, I search for hard-to-get items to give away on Facebook.

Most importantly, share with other Cowboys fans how they can catch a ride with G&S Tours between San Antonio and Dallas during the NFL season. This would be my first experience taking a bus in Texas to a Cowboys game. Now you can catch a ride with G&S Tours this season.

I was fortunate to meet up with my friend from Thrall High School, Lane Bowman. He coaches football at Smithson Valley High School. Eating Mexican food before taking his team to AT&T Stadium to win back-to-back State Championships was the trip’s icing on the cake

G& S Tours Game Day

What’s awesome about George and his tours is that it’s more than a bus ride. This is the perfect way for Cowboys fans to travel from San Antonio to the Metroplex on game days. Also included in your bus package are a hotel stay, a game-day tailgate, and a game ticket to boot. Imagine taking a weekend trip with 50 Cowboys fans to your next game.

It was fun meeting folks from Facebook who follow me. One fan even knew my buddy Lane. Apparently, his friend’s kid plays football for him at Smithson Valley. Talk about a small world. Meeting other veterans on the bus was also a plus. Sharing war stories on the ride up. Both on and off the field of battle.

Catching George with a free moment to snap a photo at the tailgate on game day. This is why I love what I do for Cowboys fans. Creating healthy relationships with other die-hard fans.

I was born in Georgetown, TX. This trip was like a homecoming of sorts. During the 3-hour bus ride, it was nice to see the sights while standing next to the driver on our way up. Then the bus shenanigans began. A bottle of Fireball enters the chat, and shots ensue between seats. This feels like family.

George and his team will be traveling back again this season for the Forty Niners game. Now is your chance to get the bus experience to your next Dallas Cowboys game. Overall, this experience was fun and unique. I highly recommend a G&S Tours if you’re a Cowboys fan in the San Antoin area. Ah, the things we do for DEM BOYS!
