THROW UP THE X 88 BEHAVIOR

There’s a first time for everything. For example, I launched the 88 Behavior, the initial all-32 NFL bowling tournament, on May 17th at Bowlero in Lynn Haven, VA. Some NFL fans participated, including the Cowboys, Giants, and Vikings. This was one of five events held during the 4th annual Star Diva NFL Beach Bash, founded by Kandi Savage.

Kandi has supported the OAT platform for four consecutive years. This was my first tip to VA and her Beach Bash event, and it will leave a lasting memory on me and everyone who participated in this groundbreaking event. How did the 88 Behavior concept come about? Last year, I created an 88 Behavior Instagram account.

My vision was to share the historical moments of 4 particular ’88s, making it the first of its kind. My definition of 88 Behavior is simply getting in the trenches with fans at games and events. Fate would have it that every time a bowler threw a strike, they would throw up the X like Dez Bryant.

Drew Pearson is my favorite 88 and Cowboys player of all time. He, too, was in the trenches with fans before getting inducted into the NFL Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2021. Now that this “SOFT LAUNCH” is complete, it is time to circle the dates on your calendar. My 88 Behavior will roll into Dallas, Denver, and Las Vegas this season.

88 BEHAVIOR CITY 2 CITY

Did you know that CeeDee Lamb is the 12th Cowboys player to wear the number? My Patreon supporters helped me identify and assemble the 88 Legacy Lineage Explained a few years back. Who were the other eight players besides Pearson, Irvin, Bryant, and Lamb? All Dallas Cowboys fans need to know our team’s history.

Especially when it comes to the “88 CLUB.” Why? Believe it or not, many Cowboys fans only think there are four total 88s. In addition to this, a bowling tournament, my vision is to have one of those four 88’s participate in a bowl and meet & greet this year. I have begun making plans for a tournament in Dallas on September 13th. Be sure to subscribe to my blog today to stay informed this season.

In addition, I will add Denver and SIN CITY to my list of cities to bring you the action on the lanes this season. Why? It just makes sense. This will create a unique opportunity to get together ALL 32 NFL fans who love the number 88. Did you know the NFC East is the only division in the NFL with four players who wear the number 88?

I had an excellent experience connecting with NFL fans on the East Coast in VA. I want to bring that experience to a city near you this year. Thank you to everyone who participated in this event. We made history by signing a t-shirt for all those who bowled. I will frame it along with our group picture to commemorate our event.
