What is the 2025 Gym Rat Of The Year Competition? Beginning this April, the gym will officially open on my Patreon. As a Cowboys fan built differently, this is how you develop off-season muscle while getting gains.

The 2025 GROTM competition will be on Patreon from April to April. Our first two years together in the GYM were on Facebook. I wanted to move it to Patreon this year to align with my new eBook on Amazon, which will be released on April 1st. As a content creator, you have to have a plan. If not, you can plan to fail as one.

The NFL Draft will be in Green Bay this April. Many Cowboys fans fall into a deep off-season coma each year between the Super Bowl and training camp in Oxnard, CA. This year, join my community in the GYM to stay awake and never sleep on your team.

The NFL Draft will provide the opportunity for 1 RAISE THE BAR member to show their expertise in “Position Predictions” with the Dallas Cowboys. How can you enter to WIN? First, you must have your RAISE THE BAR membership to get into the GYM.

HOW TO WIN IN APRIL

When you become a RAISE THE BAR member on my Patreon, you support the “Position Predictions” platform. KELZ, along with our 2024 GROTY “Charles The Truth,” and I will be in the gym LIVE on Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn for 10 episodes. Each Sunday at 4 PM PST/ 6 PM CST/ 7 PM EST.

Between now and April 1st is your time to act. Get your RAISE THE BAR membership and tap into our weekly show. April’s GROTM winner will be determined by who can accurately predict how many of each position will be drafted by the Cowboys in Green Bay.

Example. The Cowboys currently have 11 picks. How many RB, WR, OL, or DL will be drafted? Instead of picking the player name, we broaden the competition by grading off position selection. Our show will help you prepare to submit your prediction in April to determine our winner.

In April, I will share how you can win in May. This is a 12-month competition from April to April. These monthly competitions will help determine our 2025 winner. The winner will be flown to Alaska in June 2026 for our 3rd annual Great Alaskan Fishing Trip.
