The only reason why I will watch Super Bowl 59
A TALE OF TWO TEAMS
After traveling to Las Vegas last year to watch Super Bowl 58 at Stadium Swim, my plan for this year changed for New Orleans. This time last year, I wanted to travel to THE BOOT for Super Bowl 59. Why did I change my mind? Cost, of course.
After not watching any of the Pro Bowl games, I was on the fence about watching the big game, period. I had to slap myself and come back to reality. Nothing would make me smile more than the Dallas Texans defeating the team I dislike the most in the NFL.
Did you catch that, like DEZ? Life in the adulting department has again challenged me recently. After 2024, though, I can handle anything. Where do you suggest I watch the big game? Where will you be watching?
The Dallas Texans and Dallas Cowboys began playing in 1960. The Texans relocated to Kansas City in 1963, and then-owner Lamar Hunt rebranded them the Chiefs. I’m not saying that I’m rooting for the Chiefs here, but I sure hope the Eagles fucking lose. I’m no Swifty, but let’s hope the script reads three-peat for the team formerly of Dallas.

THE NEXT TWO SUPER BOWLS
Where will the two next Super Bowls take place? Great question. Once I ironed out my travel plan for 2025 last December, New Orleans didn’t make the calendar. However, the next two big games will be hard to resist. I just realized I’ve been to both of the stadiums, too.
Silicon Valley will host Super Bowl 60 in 2026, and the following year, Super Bowl 61 will be held at Sofi Stadium in Los Angeles. As a bonus, SB62 will be at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, GA.
The buzz is that if the Chiefs 3 peat in New Orleans according to the script, the Cowboys will take it all at Levi’s Stadium next February. Are you buying into the Super Bowl 60 logo color scheme to include powder and Navy blue?
The logo conspiracies say the colors project the last two teams standing. This year’s logo did, too. Can we both just be happy that there is no red in it? Finally, a freaking Super Bowl with no Swifties. Pun intended. And an old nemesis cancels out in the NFC in the process.

Dallas Cowboys 365
This year, I will share my thoughts about this team exclusively on Patreon. If you’re consuming my content for the first time, I’m offering a 7-day FREE trial. Many Cowboys fans understand and know our team’s history, but surprisingly, many don’t. Whichever category do you fall under?
My travel plans begin this April in California. I will travel to Virginia in May, and in June, I will travel to Alaska. While traveling this year, I will share my experiences and thoughts with you. For example, the only reason I’m watching SB60 is to see if the script checks out.
February 10th marks the rinse-and-repeat action Cowboys fans must take. It’s our year until it ain’t. For real, this time. Join me on Facebook with “Position Predictions” on February 16th every Sunday until the NFL draft begins.

Did you learn something new today? If so, that would be a good sign for you this year. Try my 7-day FREE trial and see which exclusive paid membership fits your budget this year. Your support improves the content, platform, and network.
I create Dallas Cowboys content 365 days a year. Today, I wanted to ensure Cowboys fans know their team’s history. Let’s hope the script is valid and the Dallas Texans understand the assignment. If not, it will be a very long off-season for both of us. See you next one.
