May is Mental Health Awareness Month
INSIDE BG’s BRAIN
May is Mental Health Awareness Month. A few of you may remember my journey after departing the Navy in 2016. It was a rough adjustment transitioning back into society.
This is why Dak Prescott’s campaign for mental health resonates with me. He lost one of his brothers to suicide. His Mother, Peggy, died from colon cancer. These are two reasons I choose not to slander QB1 on my platform.

Anyone with a Raise The Bar Membership will qualify to enter to win multiple prizes.
