SYSTEMS MATTER

When I was stationed in San Francsico as a Navy Recruiter, I learned why systems matter.

Coming into this NFL season, I knew I would need to lean on my Navy experience.

Forming teams and getting the BEST out of them comes naturally. One system that helped my team achieve our goals was THE GATE SYSTEM—fitting for the Bay Area GOLDEN GATE.

My ZONE was #1 for the fiscal year in 2010. Four of my recruiters were meritoriously advanced to the next pay grade as a result in RENO, NV.

Inserting the PATREON PICK POOL system into the chat helped track the 2025 GROTM program. For the next four months, this PPP System will determine the GROTM, respectively.

After four weeks into the NFL season, we have our first PATREON PICK POOL GROTM!

Every month, as a recruiter in the Navy, we had sales goals to achieve. A GATED system helps track performance and identify weaknesses and strengths. In October, we have four more weeks to determine the GROTM again. Here’s OCT GATES identified.

Sunday OCT 5th is the 25% GATE at JETS

Sunday OCT 12th is the 50% GATE at CAROLINA

Sunday OCT 19th is the 75% GATE Vs WASHINGTON

Sunday OCT 26th is the 100% GATE Vs DENVER

MIKE conquered 2 of 4 GATES in September with a 76% win rate. He won the 2023 GROTY and WON a ticket and on-field access in ATL NOV24th.

IT’S A MARATHON, NOT A RACE

Nobody had a TIE on any of their predictions this year. I didn’t. Every NFL season, something unexpected happens that we can’t predict. One thing’s for sure: this Patreon Pick Pool competition is a marathon, not a race. Steady Eddy wins the race.

As promised, here are my week five Prime Time Picks. Thankfully my 75% PT win rate looks better than my 62% win rate for the season. There are only three games, so every pick counts.

DISCIPLINE MATTERS

Discipline is about paying attention to all the information each NFL game provides, week after week. There is a ton of information to help you form your picks each week. One thing I want to highlight is the team’s discipline in terms of penalties.

Our tie with the Packers could have resulted in a win if we had avoided a few bonehead penalties, such as LB Marist Liufau’s, which cost us a turnover on downs; instead, the Packers got a 1st and 10. Another system I have developed is the NFCE Penalty Report.

The DISCIPLINE OPPONENET is one of four every NFL team faces each week.

IN CLOSING
